All prices on Zarooriy are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other available payment methods at checkout
Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed and dispatched
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price shown at the time of your order will be honored
In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select pin codes and order values, subject to availability at checkout

3. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including images, descriptions, dimensions, and colors. However:

Product images are for illustration purposes and actual colors may slightly vary due to screen settings and lighting
We do not warrant that product descriptions are completely error-free
In the event a product is listed with an incorrect description or price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order on Zarooriy constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an official order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Product unavailability or stock limitations
Errors in pricing or product information
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Inability to verify payment or delivery details
Delivery not available to your pin code

5. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped within India only. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Metro cities: 4–6 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
Remote and rural areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines begin after order processing (1–2 business days post-payment). These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Zarooriy is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of our Return & Refund Policy. In summary:

Returns must be requested within the eligible return window from the date of delivery
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection
Certain items including personal care products, innerwear, and final sale items are non-returnable
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos to zarooriy@gmail.com
