At Zarooriy, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value required. What you see is what you pay.
Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email at zarooriy@gmail.com. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to track your delivery in real time. If you haven't received tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please email us at zarooriy@gmail.com and we will look into it immediately.
Delivery Issues & Delays While we always aim for on-time delivery, occasional delays may happen due to high demand periods like festivals and sales, weather disruptions, or courier delays in certain pin codes. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please reach out to us at zarooriy@gmail.com and we will follow up with our delivery partner on your behalf. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout to avoid any issues.
Failed Delivery Attempts If our courier partner is unable to deliver after 2–3 attempts, the package may be returned to us. Please contact us at zarooriy@gmail.com to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives visibly damaged, please email us at zarooriy@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery along with your order number and clear photos of the damaged package. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
International Shipping Currently, Zarooriy ships within India only. We are working on expanding our reach soon — stay tuned!
