Return & Refund Policy
At Zarooriy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags intact. Please ensure you have your order confirmation or invoice as proof of purchase.
Return Timeframe You may request a return within 30 Days of receiving your order. Any return requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted. To initiate a return, simply email us at zarooriy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refund Process & Timing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 Days business days and credited back to your original payment method. For UPI and wallet payments, refunds may reflect sooner depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or variant, please contact us at zarooriy@gmail.com within 30 Days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a full refund or store credit instead.
Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at zarooriy@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required on our part for such cases. We take full responsibility for any errors on our end.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personal care and hygiene products (once opened)
- Innerwear and swimwear
- Digital products and gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Perishable goods
Return Shipping Costs If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Zarooriy will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
